Ken Nedimyer,
President
of the Coral Restoration Foundation Inc., owns and operates Sea Life Inc (www.sealifeinc.net) a marine life wholesale and on line Retail Company that has been in business since 1984. Ken has collected marine specimens since 1969, and has been an aquarist since 1966. Ken has been an active scuba diver since 1970, and has logged over 20,000 hours in the water over the last 39 years.

returned to the States and joined CRF after spending nearly 7 years overseas engaged in a combination of travel, cross-cultural living, and research and international development work focused mainly on ecotourism development and sustainability for non-profit organizations. During the last three years he has created and directed experiential learning programs specifically designed to support foundations’ engaged in grassroots sustainable development in Northern Thailand. His graduate research assessed eco-tourism operations in Thailand as a sustainable form of development for rural Thai and ethnic communities, and has encouraged more responsible forms of tourism to emerge from local to international levels.

Marine Science Director,
graduated with a Bachelor of Biological Science in 2006 and Master of Biological Science in 2008 from the University of Central Florida. As graduate from the LEAD scholars program, she is experienced leader and has lead teams as the research director for the UCF SCUBA Club to the Florida Keys to accomplish REEF fish and macroalgae surveys.
